Nun hat auch der 60. Staat den Vertrag ratifiziert,
so dass der Internationale Strafgerichtshof seine Arbeit aufnehmen kann.
Die USA, Russland und China lehnen eine Ratifikation noch ab, wegen "Einmischung
in ihre Souveranität". Es ist schon eine sehr eigentümliche Begründung.
Hinzu kommt, daß die USA durch ihren Senatsbeschluss sogar Sanktionen
gegen Staaten vorsehen, die diesen Vertrag ratifizieren.
Immerhin soll zum ersten Mal das "Weltrechtsprinzip" eine institutionelle
Umsetzung finden, deshalb wäre es serh wünschenswert, wenn
weitere Staaten das "Rom-Statut" unterzeichnen. - Anbei ein Brief von Mitgliedern
